A political treatise written by Philip Joseph Graf von Gallas (1703-1757), a well-known Czech aristocrat, with the assistance of the theologian Karl Lorenz Brückner (1673-1755). Pages are decorated with beautiful initials, headpieces and tailpieces. Pages unnumbered; library copies have more pages than this copy although no pages seem to be missing.
