Ross's first career as aprofessional race car driver reached its pinnacle in the early 1990s when heraced Indy Cars against the Andrettis, Unser Jr., Mansell, Fittipaldi andRahal. A move to sports cars saw Ross win the 1998 United States Road RacingChampionship and the 2003 Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona.
As a performance coach and keynotespeaker, specializing in bringing out the best performance in individuals andteams, Ross has coached all over North America, Australia, Korea, China andEurope. In addition to race-car drivers, Ross has coached athletes, CEOs,business owners, managers, employees, and USAF pilots!

Phil's eclectic flying career hasspanned more than 35 years in both military and civil aviation. He's loggedover 14,000 hours in 30 different types. In the military, Phil was academic duxof his pilot course, flew jet-trainers, and captained military transportaircraft. After leaving the air force, Phil flew low-level power-line surveybefore managing and instructing at a flying school.
