Meet The Author:
Giada Lemmens is the wife of renowned emergency preparedness and survival instructor Joshua Lemmens of IndigenousPOV. After recognizing a gap in the industry regarding what women can do in an emergency situation to manage their periods, she wrote The Period Prepper as a guide to help women create their own period emergency kits. With 12 years of experience in making emergency period kits, including two instances during an ice storm and a flood that caused major infrastructure shutdowns in her town, Giada witnessed firsthand the critical role of period products in emergency situations.
