Periodontitis and Diabetes-Microbial Pathogen study as marker

This book helps to better understanding between Diabetes and Periodontal disease. However the Periodontal microbial pathogens such as anaerobic bacteria (Treponem denticola, Tannerella forsythia, Actinomycetum comittans,Prevotella intermedia) have make relation with the metabolic disorder of Diabetes. Alterd lipid levels cause dis regulation of cytokine response. Declined cytokine response increases the chance of infection there by causing Periodontal disease. This work used for the better treatment process of Periodontal disease due to the caused by anaerobic microbial pathogens.

I am Dr. T. Chiranjeevi currently working as teaching assistant Division of Animal Biotechnology, Department of Zoology, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati.I worked in the area of Molecularbiology and Microbiology aspects of Pathogens involved in Diabetic Patients and published 6 papers in reputed journals, 4 genbank submissions, 6 abstracts.
