Diplomarbeit, die am 01.01.1995 erfolgreich an einer Universit�t in Deutschland eingereicht wurde. Gang der Untersuchung: Diese Arbeit untersuchte in vivo an zwei menschlichen Probanden die perkutane Absorption von hochchlorierten PCDD/F "Dioxinen". Die R�ckenhaut der Probanden wurde durch das Tragen hochbelasteter Textilien (normale Ladenware) mit PCDD/F kontaminiert. Die Aufnahme in die Haut wurde �ber sieben Tage hinweg indirekt �ber den Verlust der PCDD/F von der Hautoberfl�che abgesch�tzt. Zur Vervollst�ndigung der PCDD/F-Massenbilanz wurden w�hrend der Versuchsdauer abschilfernde Hautsch�ppchen aufgefangen. Die Bestimmung der PCDD/F-Konzentrationen im pg-Bereich erfolgte mittels hochaufl�sender Gaschromatographie-Massenspektrometrie (HRGC/HRMS).
