Rao Konduru, PhD

At age 29, he was diagnosed with diabetes in Brazil in 1980, and has been battling diabetes since then. He became an insulin-dependent diabetic in 1986 in Belgium, and has been on insulin since that time. He suffered a heart attack in 1998 in Canada.
