this is a collection of scattered thoughts and angry words and a yearning for meaning. freedom from the restraints given to me before I had a say. this is about the relationship we have with our bodies, our minds, our lives, and how to make peace with the not-knowing. with the disappointments. with the comments that at one time replayed in our minds for days. this piece was written for you, and it was written for me. it was written in an attempt to give you permission, to simply just fucking be.

this is the final book of the "Permission to _" series.

to feel more.

whoever that may be.
