1947 first edition Hutchinson's Scientific and Technical Publications (London), 6 1/4 x 9 1/4 inches tall red cloth hardbound, gilt lettering to spine, 367 pp. Covers moderately rubbed, bumped and edgeworn, and spine is sun-faded. Crack between front pastedown and free-endpaper, with resultant shakiness to front board, but all holds firmly. Otherwise, a very good copy - clean, bright and unmarked. ~G~.
