Person and Character Level Life Coaching and Mentoring: Training and Practice Resources

Person and Character Level Life Coaching and Mentoring Training and Practice Resources has been developed as a companion to Dr. Morgan’s Person and Character Level Life Coaching and Mentoring book. This resource contains additional training information and tools for practice. It continues the expanded paradigm of the soul as the person — distinct from, yet within a whole person connection to the brain-based personality functioning. The same Person and Character Level Life Coaching and Mentoring model is utilized, emphasizing a present focus and positive outcomes: character strengthening, improved quality of relating, and the effective use of actions in practical situations — with the naturally resulting improvements to coping and resilience. Though having non-clinical goals and interventions, accepted practice procedures are incorporated to provide a method for intentionally and effectively encouraging others through the process of change.
