The text book entitled "Perspectives in Human Geography" is designed to cover the requirements of the various undergraduate level syllabuses of Human Geography in India in general and that of CBCS syllabus of University of Delhi in particular. The book is divided into five parts. The first part covers the concept, major themes of Human Geography and its contemporary relevance. The second part covers world cultural realms, and characteristics and global distribution of race, religion and language. The third part covers population growth, distribution, composition, migration and along with population theories.
