About the Author

Dr Simon Thuranira Taaliu holds a PhD in International Education Policy from the University of Maryland-College Park-USA. He is a Senior lecturer and Chairman-Education Department at Kenya Methodist University. His research interests are Education in Africa,Peace and Environmental education.He has worked in the USA and several African Countries.
