Michael’s artistic journey has taken him from airbrushing T-shirts to illustration and oil painting, to starting XVIVO Scientific Animation www.xvivo.com.
Michael dreamed up Pete and the Magic String after meeting String Theorist, Brian Greene. Brian’s theory explores how the fundamental properties of string, such as mass, density, and shape are determined by its vibrational states. This unified theory inspired the story about a kid who could dance and sing and turn a string in anything!
Michael hopes you enjoy the book as much as he has enjoyed bringing it to life.
Tim Otis
Tim, a doodler at heart, has been fortunate to have worked on many exciting and fun projects throughout his career. From starting out working with Mercer Mayer’s Big Tuna New Media Studio to running his own studio, Doodle Pictures, Tim has worked with many of our favorite storytellers and innovative toy companies.

Returns Policy
We ask all customers to contact us for authorisation should they wish to return their order. Orders returned without authorisation may not be credited.
If you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain authorisation.
Returns requested beyond this time will not be authorised.
