I'm Not Ok

I'M NOT OK.

The Hidden Struggles Nobody Talks About

You smile.
You show up.
You say, "I'm fine."

But sometimes, you're not.

Behind closed doors, people are fighting battles nobody sees. The pressure to keep going. The fear of admitting you're struggling. The loneliness that can exist even when you're surrounded by people. The exhaustion of pretending everything is under control.

I'm Not OK is an honest look at the struggles we hide behind everyday life.

It challenges the idea that you always have to be strong. That you have to have the answers. That asking for help is weakness. That falling apart means you have failed.

Sometimes, saying "I'm not OK" is not giving up.

It's telling the truth.

This book is for the person who keeps saying they're fine when they know they're not.

For the person who feels lost, overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or simply tired of pretending.

You don't need to have everything figured out.

You just need to be honest about where you are.

You are allowed to not be OK.

You are allowed to talk about it.

And you are allowed to begin again.
