120 pp. With nine maps and seventy-five engravings. 12mo, publisher's illustrated and printed cloth-backed boards (rear cover detached). 19th c. ink ownership notation on front free endpaper which has bled through to the frontispiece; ink notes at the base of p. 9; rear cover detached and damaged, with several square inches of the printing on the rear board damaged, including a square-inch hole). Some chips to the spine and soiling to boards; a few minor stains to text.
