Pharmaceutics: Basic Principles and Application to Pharmacy Practice is an engaging textbook that covers all aspects of pharmaceutics with emphasis on the basic science and its application to pharmacy practice. Based on curricular guidelines mandated by the American Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), this book incorporates laboratory skills by identifying portions of each principle that can be used in a clinical setting. His research interests include Design and Evaluation of Novel Drug Delivery Systems, Preformulation Studies, Solid-State Characterization of Drugs and Dosage Forms, Pharmaceutical Analysis Utilizing the Following Techniques: HPLC, GC, GC-MS, Thermoanalytical methods, IR, Powder X-ray Diffraction and Scanning Electron Microscopy, and Evaluation and Design of Dosage Forms for Nutraceuticals.
