Although written by the Apostle Paul to grace believers in Philippi, this book belongs to all believers who are in Christ.

Now retired, he devotes much of his time to teaching the Bible.He obtained his Bachelor of Theology, Master of Biblical Studies, and Ph.D. in Biblical Studies from Evangelical Theological Seminary where he holds the position of Dean of Graduate Studies.
