2 Volume Set, 8vo. Jackets unclipped. 1228 pages total. A Selection translated and edited, with an introduction by Leroy E. Loemker. Includes preface, notes to Volume I and Volume II, index. Heavy shelfwear to DJ's: light scuffing along edges, heavy spine fade and tanning, some light foxing to covers, a few small repaired tears along edges. In mylar. Previous owner's name covered by white name stickers on inside front covers. Many passages are underlined with marginal notes in pencil. Tightly bound with very crisp pages. Overall, volumes are in Good condition.

Russian Hill Bookstore, established in 1974, is one of the last family-owned used and new bookstores in San Francisco. We began as Sunset Bookstore in 1974, a small used bookshop servicing the Sunset District west of 19th Avenue, and have been in continual operation for the past 50 years. Over the years Sunset Bookstore has since closed and merged with Russian Hill Bookstore, which has grown to also become the best note card shop in the city, and a favorite place for toys and games for children of all ages.…
