Phoenix Cups

The Phoenix Cups®: a Cup Filling Story is a theoretical framework delivered through an endearing tale that will enrich your relationships and increase your wellbeing.

Frank desperately wants to reconnect with his estranged daughter before his time is over. Danielle is dealing with the loss of her husband and hasn't stepped outside of her bookstore in years.

After a chance meeting, the two embark on a journey of discovery as they navigate their way through the framework and change their worlds forever.

It is the compelling story of two unlikely friends coming to terms with loss, acceptance, redemption and fulfilment.

As human beings, we all have needs that need to be met. When they aren’t met, life doesn’t function the way it should. our behaviour changes, our mood is affected, and we often feel empty and lost.

The Phoenix Cups Framework will help you understand how to meet your most important life needs, and the needs of those around you, by discovering what Cups you need to keep full, how they influence behaviours and how you can use them to build relationships in all aspects of life.

Delve deeper into the Phoenix Cups and discover a life-altering experience that will open your eyes and change your perspective of why people interact the way they do, how their needs not being met affect their behaviour, and what you can start doing to live a fulfilling life.

Discover your personal needs for fulfilment with the Phoenix Cups; because you can't pour from an empty cup!

"When a person has full Cups, they feel good and have a strong sense of fulfilment. When their Cups are emptying, a person feels unease and is driven to choose behaviours that will fill those Cups." - Sandi Phoenix
