Photo Deluxe Home Edition 4 for Windows

At home or at the office, Adobe PhotoDeluxe makes photo manipulation a simple and fun endeavor, thanks to its friendly user interface and host of templates and guided activities. The same could be said for PhotoDeluxe Home Edition 4 for Windows: Visual QuickStart Guide, which covers all the basics, as well as more advanced topics such as creating special effects and using filters, in the proven Visual QuickStart style.

Follow the book's clear, step-by-step instructions and plentiful screenshots, and you'll be creating professional-looking effects in no time--even if you've never used PhotoDeluxe before. If you're upgrading from an earlier version of the software, take advantage of the tabbed, visual format to go directly to detailed coverage of the topics you need to know to step up to the newest version. In this edition, you'll learn how to import images from a variety of sources, optimize images for the Web and send them via email, reduce problems such as moire patterns and image graininess, and even create panoramas and multimedia presentations of photos, complete with sound and animation.
