48 page paperback photographic magazine (36 pages on coloring photograph, the remainder ads and magazine info) - a 1914 revised (4th edition) of the 1902 original which was Vol. IV, No. 44, Nov. 1902 of this montly magazine on photographic information. Outer wrap is worn and torn and brittle and barely together, and the covers will soon be detached. Small institution name stamp on front wrap. Interior - the important part - is complete and clean and has some photo illustrations (but b/w, not colored).Useful information is a flawed wrap.
