David Middleton, of Danby, Vermont, is the author of several books including The Photographer's Guide to the Maine Coast, The Photographer's Guide to Vermont, The Nature of Vermont, The Nature of America and The Lobstering Life. He conducts outdoor photography workshops across the country.
Rod Barbee is a professional nature photographer and writer whose work has appeared in Outdoor Photographer, Nature's Best, Northwest Travel, Backpacker, National Parks, and other magazines, in addition to being featured in numerous calendars, catalogs, and books. He lives in Port Ludlow, Washington.
