Solid artistic abilities, technical knowledge of the industry, business and communication skills, and a great imagination are all required in shooting a strong model portfolio. This book teaches not just how to style, pose, and shoot great model portraits, but also how to develop portfolios that will get models working. Photographers will learn how to develop a professional relationship with their models and how to determine a model’s and agency’s goal—whether it is to get urban fashion work, television or stage acting jobs, or hair and makeup work.
