About the Author

G.G. Chernyi is a member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, doctor of science, scientific advisor at the Institute of Mechanics, Moscow State University.

S.A. Losev is professor at M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University, doctor of science, head of the AVAGADRO Laboratory at the Institute of Mechanics, Moscow State University.

S.O. Macheret is a research scientist and lecturer, Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Princeton University. He received his education and degrees in the former Soviet Union.

B.V. Potapkin is head of the Theoretical Research Laboratory, Russia Research Center Kurchatov Institute. He is also a professor at D. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology in Russia.
