It is understood that there are several options for physical exercise and the use of interactive video games for this purpose can be a new alternative. The exercise session presented in this book is composed of games involving aerobic, strength and balance exercises and the psychological variables analyzed were: mood, affection, sensation, activation, fun, and subjective perception of effort. The cardiovascular variables evaluated were: blood pressure, heart rate and double product.
