Hard cover, no jacket, in very good condition for the age. Brown cloth boards with black trim to front, rear and spine. Previous owner has pencilled detail to FEP, partially erased. General shelf and handling wear, including tanning, and wear to boards, board edges and bumped corners. Wear at spine head and foot, light blemishes to rear board. Pageblock is tanned and discoloured, tanning leading into page edges. Within, the leading edges of pages 277-284 are lightly creased, this small flaw caused at the production stage. Minor spots of foxing noted on occasion, otherwise, pages are tightly bound, and content is bright and unmarked. B/W illustrations throughout. CN.
