This edition was posthumously revised by R A Gregory, first published in 1904 with many more illustrations (over 300 b & w photographs and line drawings). Hardback cover in green cloth with black titles on front & spine. Cover marked on front. Spine faded and bumped at top & bottom, and at corners. Binding firm.
