About the Author

Pryor was until recently Head of Physiotherapy at the Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Trust , London - Britain's leading chest and heart hospital. She is now a research fellow there and is combining work on research with the latest in clinical practice. She was co-editor to the first two editions of this book.Prasad was a contributor to the previous edition of this book. Her specialist area of practice is with children with cystic fibrosis. Like Pryor she is working as a researcher in a centre of clinical excellence.Both authors have given papers at international meetings for both doctors and physical therapists.

Due to the sale of the bricks and mortar side of the business it made sense to change the name to reflect a shift of direction. Since then we have been trading online, at PBFA fairs and Bloomsbury Book Fairs, as well as showcases at select antique centres in Lincolnshire. We don't specialise in anything in particular, just rare and fine books on many subjects. Over the years we have built up an impressive range of signed modern fiction firsts which aren't always listed on abebooks so please do call us if you have any particularly collections you'd like to add to.
