As well as the three books I have listed by Ching, I have 5 personal printed chritmas cards from Ching, 1958. 1959, 1960, 1961(2) and a letter of his introdicing a new pianist's performance in 1960. These additional items are available for an additional £20 to anyone who buys one of the Ching books. James Ching was one of the leading British pianists at this time. Renowned for his many BBC broadcasts, particularly of Bach, and an influential proponent of good teaching and technique, Ching was also a regular visitor to Northern Ireland.
