Hard Cover. Fair/No Jacket. Fifth Edition. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. in quarter leather and marbled paper boards, worn, iv, 200pp, lacks first leaf of main text but otherwise complete, illustrated with eleven plates, two to a page, comprising 22 pictures, stamps of 19thC village library. Two young girls, Susan and Ann, visit an art gallery with their tutor Mr Wilmot, who answers their questions about the scenes, historical and otherwise, that they view.
