Leather ribbed spine with gilt decoration and leather corner tips, with blue boards, gilt page edges. 13 full page steel engravings and many wood block engravings and smaller wood block engravings in the text. Some steel engravings have foxing and light staining, with 2 loose plates. Light rubbing to spine ends, edges and corner tips, staining to bottom part of the boards.
