quarto, pp. 212 plus some pages of ads, bound in original stiff paper wraps in very good to near fine condition with age toning of paper and a little soiling. The contents are near fine but age toned as well. Full of text and illustrations and lots of ads. The publisher states that it is based on 1888 edition with information updated. Several ads state "for 1889 season". The covers have adverts on them and state that this is "compliments of Roland Hazard" - presumably given out for advertising purposes. The pictures may show two copies, but there is only one. Note: due to size and weight, shipping outside the USA or priority shipping may be less expensive than an average book.
