In 4 (cm 20,5 x 30,5), pp. XXXX + 420. Annotazione manoscritta al verso del primo foglio di sguardia. Poche pagine presentano gore (in particolare le pp. 3-4-5-6). Legatura coeva in piena pergamena. Edizione originale priva di dati di stampa e del nome dell'A., ma attribuita aÂLudovico Antonio Muratori (cfr. Melzi, II, p. 341) di quest'opera in cui l'A. si inserisce nella controversia fra la Casa d'Este e la Camera Apostolica in merito ai diritti di appartenenza del territorio diÂComacchio. Lo storico fa riferimento al diploma di investitura su Comacchio e altri Stati, concesso dall'imperatore Federico II nel 1452 a Borso d'Este. Gli Estensi ricevettero quindi Comacchio in feudo dall'Imperatore come riportato nei vari atti nella tabella cronologica iniziale dove sono messi a raffronto gli atti della S.
