Colonel, and began a career with Eastern Airlines. He retired from Eastern in 1985. ; Documents flights taken by Lt. Col. Fikes for the Air Force during training at Spence Air Base in Moultrie, Georgia, at the Hawthorne School Aeronautics USAF Primary CON R CT School, certifications by W. L. Albright, Chief Disp. & Time Section, and W. K.
