486 pages unmarked hardcover. Publisher Gregory was the successor to Townsend. Dark brown cloth covered boards with image of a embossed gilt coat of arms and blank embossed decoration along edges on both covers. Three quarters of spine is missing but binding is still intact but not tight. Fraying along edges, boards exposed at corners. Foxing to the two frontispieces.
