Hardcover in black cloth covered boards.The exterior is worn, rubbed and the lettering is difficult to read. The interior of this copy with over 500 pp has all the tipped in color maps and a sizable amount of data related to piloting the channel. While the binding is a bit shaken and one page is loose (but present), overall a good reference copy. Early edition, reasonably priced, professionally packaged and promptly shipped.
