A charming work, detailing the skill of patisserie piping, demonstrating a number of techniques, including piping styles, almond icing and detailed guides to the equipment required. In the original pictorial boards. Externally smart with bumping to the extremities. Marks to the boards. Front hinge slightly strained but firm. Internally firmly bound. Pages bright and clean with marginal age toning and just the odd spot. Very Good.
