Many race drivers aspire to compete in the world's most celebrated sports car race, the legendary Le Mans 24 hours. Few make it. In the 80's and 90's, when Le Mans was still a very dangerous place, Robin Donovan was one of only a handful of drivers to participate in this demanding race an outstanding 14 times.

Enduring as many misadventures as adventures enroute, Robin describes his unconventional journey to achieve his personal goal; to compete at the holy grail of sports car racing and against the likes of Michael Schumacher and Mario Andretti, many of the experiences he encountered once there.

Strap in and hold onto your hat for an epic, breathtaking and at times, frightening, 200mph ride of a lifetime as he takes you into the cockpit and behind the wheel. Fully experience the ultra-high-speed world of racing through not only the daylight hours but the darkest of nights, sometimes in unforgiving, torrential rain. And join him in all the fun and the heartaches incurred along the way.
