About the Author: Seid Mohammed Yassin, MSc, has been involved in different developmental institutions of government including at University for more than eighteen years. Bahir-Dar University is in the city of Bahir-Dar, the capital of the Amhara Regional State in Ethiopia. He lives with his wife and son in Bahir-Dar.
