Two Large Coloured Plans. In good condition. Plan has been laid down onto card. One small closed tear & chip on margin. With some pencil notes, which would correspond with the original Sales Catalogue. Second Plan looks to be a Companion Plan, marking out the various LOTS for sale, naming the surrounding land owners. In good condition, some foxing top half. Named Plan Size 51cm x 76cm Board Size 53cm x 78cm Second Plan Size 75cm x 107cm Second Plan surrounding land owner names include, Symonds, Legge, Fowler, Bower, Bagshawe, Sheridan.
