Pp. 91-176; 5 full page black-and-white photo-plates, 10 text-figures of fishes and a map of Panama and a creek distribution map. Publisher's wine red cloth, lettered in gilt on the spine, (original printed gray wrappers are bound in place), lg 8vo. Bulletin of the American Museum of Natural History, volume 57, article 3. From the library of Tracy I. Storer with his name stamp on the top outer corner of the front wrapper. Tracy Irwin Storer (1889-1973) was an American zoologist known for his contributions to the wildlife of California and the ecology of the Sierra Nevada. He was a professor of zoology at the University of California, Davis for over 30 years (from Wiki). No other ownership marks and almost no signs of use.
