Synopsis
How would you feel if you were terminated from your company as a result of 'downsizing'? What if your significant other left their life insurance proceeds to their parents of even their ex-spouse? Can you afford to be home on disability without concern about how to pay the next mortgage payment? Planning for A Reason, A Season, and A Lifetime identifies the importance of having a plan prior to needing a plan. The author is a Certified Financial Planner who concentrated on doing 'her job' until the tragic events of September 11, 2001. Then it became personal. Using her circumstances as a World Trade Center Survivor, wife, and mother of two as an example, the author identifies potential vulnerabilities each of us face in our lives. This book will assist you in determining what areas you must address to become financially responsible.
