Plant Life in Field and Garden: Nature Study For Kids - Australian Edition

Flowers, fruits and vegetables from all over the world can be found on farms, home veggie patches and in the supermarket. Unfortunately, many children do not know much about the origin and production of these plants. Although written over 100 years ago this delightful book brings country life to the Australian child. It was written in a time when children could see the food they ate by just looking at their family vegetable patch, or exploring plants in the wild during afternoon play time. These lessons will draw your children into a world of wonder and appreciation of nature’s produce.

Aligned to the Australian, WA, Year 3-4 and NSW Science Curriculum (Stage 2 and 3).
