195p. Cloth. Crowell's Handy Information Series. Scarce early American instructional with history, etiquette, glossary, rules with index, etc. Although an American publication, the author is clearly British, and mentions the possibly of an "American invasion" based largely on the recent, stunning and stinging (to the home crowd) victory of Walter Travis in the Amateur Championship of 1904. How insightful he was.
