Just Play

Release the Music within. No struggle. No limits. Just play. A revolutionary new understanding of the mind is transforming the field of performance psychology, making it easier than ever before for musicians to bring out the best in themselves and make music as nature intended. Not only that, but it offers renewed hope for sufferers of anxiety, depression and a whole host of other psychological disorders. Following his own struggles, explorations and insights, working both as a professional musician and a Head of Music in London schools, Nick Bottini is now a performance coach working in the music industry. He wrote ‘Just Play’ for musicians who know that they are capable of more – to help them uncover a simpler way, not only with music and creativity, but ultimately, with themselves. 50% of all author royalties will go to support ‘Music Minds Matter’, the 24-hour mental health helpline set up by Help Musicians UK.
