In a personal note about the first chapters of my book, Hugh Hefner wrote me, "I wish you well and will welcome a memoir that takes the high road. . . All best, Hef" It was 1975, and I was a lusty, busty, liberated co-ed working my way through UCLA. One fateful day, one of my customers invited me to a party at Hugh Hefner's L.A. Playboy Mansion. Lucky me! Hef liked me and soon welcomed me into his intimate Mansion family. This launched a five-year wild ride on the front lines of the Sexual Revolution. My journey was unique in that I was the rare woman there with a great deal of freedom to enjoy whatever and whoever I desired. You'll read about my up close and personal time with *** Robin Williams, *** Bill Cosby, *** Arnold Schwarzenegger, *** Warren Beatty, *** Robert Kennedy, Jr., *** Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and more. I open my kimono, literally and metaphorically, to share my previously untold outrageous adventures with millionaires and movie stars; Playmates and princes; sex, drugs and jazz. This is more than an exposé. It's a sensual, witty, and spiritual journey with a historical perspective and lots of lessons learned. There are many insights about that intoxicating time and place from the heart and mind of the babe of choice of Hef's more cerebral guests. Get an insider's take on Hugh Hefner - both the boyish man in the privacy of his home and the world-changing icon he truly was. I invite you to join me on my escapades as a long time insider in the fascinating world of Hugh Hefner and Playboy at their zenith. It's a truly unique point of view of a magical time and place.
