A d20 System sourcebook for the ranger and rogue character classes, issued as the fourth volume in the Player's Guide series from Sword & Sorcery Studios and tied to the Scarred Lands campaign setting for the revised 3rd edition of Dungeons & Dragons. The opening portion is largely setting material for Scarred Lands, together with a small body of rules concerning terrain and contacts. The final third of the volume presents new feats, eleven prestige classes, new equipment and new spells, the prestige classes including the Black Thorn Ranger, Blood Sea Pirate, Brother of the Crimson Temple, Trapmaster, Vigilant Arcanist and Vigil Stalker. An appendix covers mundane thief tools followed by a collection of magic items aimed chiefly at rogues.
