About the Author

Dr.Bill Effler, a native Californian, has been a pastor, educator, and counselor and, is a previously published author. Today, Dr. Effler draws upon his undergraduate education at the University of Southern California and Fuller Theological Seminary. Dr. Effler's passions today are his work in both the counseling and mentoring arena, his work in the non-profit sector and ongoing work as a researcher of culture that results in creating readable and user-friendly publications.
