This G+ quality book was copyrighted in 1915 and published by M. A. Donohue & Company; it is 7-1/2" tall with 312 numbered pages of text followed by 10 unnumbered pages of ads. This book--light orange cloth binding with black lettering, has a very slight lean, is fairly clean, free of edge dings with all four corners very lightly bumped; the head and heel of the spine are also bumped, with slight damage. The bottom edges have a moderate amount of wear though both lower corners are worn down to the boards. The spine is mildly soiled but the illustration and the lettering are intact. The front panel illustration, in light orange, black & green, is also reasonably intact though mildly soiled. The interior is completely free of writing, stray marks and page damage of any type; several pages have small finger print type stains in the margins. The rear hinge is strong and undamaged; the front hinge is weakened and cracked and the cheese cloth is exposed between the frontis and the title page. The text paper is modestly and uniformly toned and is quite flexible and not at all brittle. The only illustration is the frontis and it is on coated paper, clean and intact.
