The Plug's Daughter

Here is a paperback book description for "The Plug's Daughter," formatted to meet publishing requirements.

Amara Ruiz is drowning in grief. Her father, the legendary Atlanta kingpin Ricardo "Ghost" Rio, has been dead and buried for forty-three days. So why did his phone just light up with a new voicemail?

The 21-second message, timestamped after his funeral, shatters her reality. It's his voice, deep and smooth, with a cryptic warning: "If you hearing this, then the game ain't over, baby girl... Start where it ended".

Pulled from her quiet life, Amara is plunged into the deadly world her father ruled. This isn't just an inheritance; it's a scavenger hunt. Following a trail of digital breadcrumbs, from flash drives left on her doorstep to hidden keys in old Impalas, Amara discovers her father wasn't just a plug-he was a master strategist playing a global game.

The closer she gets to the truth, the higher the stakes. She uncovers a hidden vault, a black ledger, and a shocking conspiracy implicating a corrupt DEA agent. Now, Amara is being hunted by the same people who wanted her father gone. She can't trust anyone, not even her ex, Trey, her father's former right-hand man.

Forced to navigate a treacherous web of lies from Atlanta to Miami and the shores of Cuba, Amara realizes her father's death wasn't an end-it was a rebranding. He built a digital empire designed to outlive him, and he left Amara the key. As the body count rises, she must decide whether to run from his shadow or step into his crown and finish the game he started.
