Written by the Board of Supervisors of Plumas County, this colorful brochure highlights investment opportunities, natural resources (timber and lumbering, mineral resources and mining, and to my eye, its most enjoyable aspect, vacation opportunities within the county, which include trout fishing in the still-in-progress filling of Lake Almanor under development by The Great Western Power Company - later owned by PG&E) - trout fishing in the Feather River, Yellow Creek, etc. With a detailed map showing Plumas County. A very scarce brochure. WorldCat locates no copies held in institutions or university collections. The brochure is bound in colorful pictorial wrappers with red titles. A nice example. Very good.
